Do you have one of those days where you need to rewind, relax, and renew your mind? I did this week! Sometimes as human beings, we need to take the backseat and reanalyze our lives... One of my biggest concerns is trying to make to where I want to be in life and how I'm going to get there. A career in Fashion/Beauty is something that has always been my dream. I never realized it until recently, I have the power to make that dream become a reality. I already have the platform in front of my to make it happen! At the end of the day, this blog is my baby, brand, and love. I have over 16, 000 views and I never realized that I was reaching so many people, despite not putting up any content in months. I had a blog many years ago, that I ended to create this one. I feel as if this blog is more personalized and tailored to my life and experiences.

What gives me inspiration more than anything for my own personal style and articles I write on this platform, is magazines. This week I picked up Elle Magazine, and none of than the uber fabulous Rihanna is on the cover. I love her style on the cover, it reminds me of a 'shoot Chanel Iman did many years ago, I believe for Teen Vogue. I want to give you guys literally, the 'tea' on what I have planned for Pretty Styling during the holiday season. Starting the week of Thanksgiving, I will participating in #BlogMas. I'm so excited because this is my first time doing something like this. I will also be working on my 2014 Holiday Gift Guide. If you look at some of my older posts, I did one back in 2012. In addition to, there will be new content to come in 2015 for Pretty Styling. Stay tuned!
