I'm a lover of natural and organic, everything majority of the time. I really strive towards using high quality ingredients that are safe to eat, and can be used on my skin and hair. Sometimes, I feel tired mid-week or early in the morning. I wanted to boost my iron levels up, and needed a new multivitamin, and I began researching different multivitamins for women. About a month ago, the Vitamin Shoppe had a sale, and I decided to check out their vitamins. I was actually impressed to find that are USDA Organic, which was unheard of to me.
The brand of vitamins, I've been taking for a month now are the My Kind Organics Women's Once Daily. These vitamins are hella expensive and I'm glad to find them on sale again. So far, I repurchased the bottle that contains 30 tablets, that I take once a day. These vitamins are USDA organic (as mentioned above) Non GMO, certified vegan, and certified gluten-free. I've seen a big improvement in my energy levels and metabolism, in the last 30 days.
Another energy-boosting agent is lemon water. I love doing lemon water detoxes, on the weekend primarily, when I'm free to pee more often. I usually notice brighter skin and less belly bloating. Lemons are great for the skin and fighting against free radical damage. I usually like to fill up my BPA-free Starbucks cup and gulp as I go!

S'well Bottle Review
My favorite new water bottle is by S'well and it's technology keeps beverages hot for 12 hours, and cold for 24 hours. These bottles are not only adorable, but are nicely shaped to throw in any type of bag, whether it is a purse or gym bag. The two colors I have are Bikini Pink and Angel Food (white). S'well bottles are made out of stainless steel material, and are hand painted in beautiful colors and designs.
I'm not a heavy water drinker, and I purchased this bottle in the 9 oz. size from Nordstrom. Since I have been using this bottle, my water stays colder for longer periods of time, and it always tastes crisp and fresh! This bottle is also very easy to clean with a wide-mouth drinking space. You can find these bottles at your local department store or by ordering online at S'well website. The S'well company donates a portion of their proceeds to the UNICEF organization, which is pretty amazing!
