I love meeting people who are vibrant, bubbly, and full of life! A great personality and a positive attitude is always a winner in any social or professional setting. Having negative thoughts do not allow us to full succeed in life. Thinking positively, puts us in a good mood and can change our outlook on life. There are several ways you manifest positive thoughts into your life, one simple way is through RELAXATION!
The way one person likes to relax can vary from person-to-person. My favorite way to clear my mind or block out negative thoughts, is painting my nails. I put on my headphones and watch my favorite YouTube channels, and give myself a manicure/pedicure. Another way I like to think positively is by listening to music or reading an inspirational book. Take at least 10-15 minutes out of your day to mediate and focus on happier thoughts.
Sometimes when I'm feeling really down, I write down my favorite quotes from books or celebrities on post-its and stick them on my mirror. When I wake up in the morning or from a nap, and look in the mirror the quote(s) can serve as a positive visual reminder. Venting to friends or family members can help put you in a better mood. There's nothing wrong with having a conversation with others when we are sad or upset. Choosing your words wisely can help you speak more positively about yourself or others. Lastly, SMILE more, it will change your entire day for the better!
