- STOP waxing and plucking: Go cold turkey, (not literally) give your eyebrows a chance to grow and fill in
- Take a multivitamin containing biotin: A hair, skin, and nails supplement is always helpful
- Set grooming goals: Once a month or every 3 months puck or trim away any stray or unruly hairs, but DO NOT over do it
- Go with your natural brow shape, not against it: DO NOT create a brow shape you do not have
- Use gel on your eyebrows: It does not have to be an eyebrow gel however, any gel works best to keep your brows in place
- Use an eyebrow SERUM to promote hair growth: The serum shouldn't be fancy or store brought (unless you want to). I personally use a combination of Black Jamaican Castor Oil, Argan Oil, and Sweet Almond Oil every night (even on my eyelashes)
- BRUSH your eyebrows daily with an eyebrow grooming brush. This also promotes hair growth, but do not over do it if you have sensitive skin
- Go HARDCORE: If you can manage, give your eyebrows at least 1 year to grow out and into it's natural shape
Since November is almost over, I can attest to small eyebrow progress such as, the eyebrow tail growing back on both left and right brows. Spares hairs are filling in thicker and my natural shape is filling back in versus having my shape come from waxing or tweezing. I will post my progress at the end of December. Ciao!
