October Favorites: Recap ♡

Happy November everyone,

I am having a wonderful time enjoying the Autumn/Winter season. I love the cooler months because I have more options with experimenting with fashion. I have a few favorite items I have been loving during the month of October. As always, I was not paid to feature/review these items. Nor am I affiliated with the companies mentioned below. Thanks.  Let's get started!

This month, I do not have any hair products to share. I have been experimenting with mini twists (future post) as my favorite/go-to hairstyle for the Autumn/Winter months.

Fragrance: Marc Jacobs Daisy & Honey

I wanted to try a fragrance by Marc Jacobs since forever! I noticed Sephora had the travel size roll-on bottles of Marc Jacobs Daisy and Honey. I purchased roll-on for $22.00 and each bottle has 0.24 oz, which I think is a lot. I heard so much about Daisy and the scent. I have to say this fragrance smells so sensual, girly, and sexy! Hands-down this is my favorite perfume of all time. I have been wearing it everyday since the beginning of October. I also have a roll-on bottle of honey however, it did not "wow" me like Daisy. It has a nice soft sweet floral scent meanwhile, Daisy is more floral with a punch of sass.

Skincare: Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser

I decided to use my Beauty Insider points at Sephora and chose the Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser skincare product. I love Boscia products, which are preservative-free and contain some natural ingredients. This cleanser is thin in consistency and dons a black color. The smell is not pleasant and reminds me of a men's cologne. The cleanser tingles and rinses clean. It leaves your skin soft, supple, and fresh. I just purchased the full size bottle of this product from Sephora last week, which retails for $28.00. You do not need a lot of the product therefore it should last you a long time. I like to use a small amount covering my t-zone area and rubbing the cleanser gently into my face.

Jewelry: H&M

I never really shopped at H&M before, for some unknown reason. I decided to take a peak at what they had to offer when I stumbled across a new store chain. I was not very impressed by their clothes however, their accessories were to die for. I find that accessories is what makes an outfit fantastic. The jewelry was very reasonable in price. I paid no more than $10 (that's a steal for me) for each item feature below.

Nail Polish:

This season, I have been wearing more neutral nail colors. I have selected my favorite nude nail polishes that I absolutely love. These colors go great against dark skin tones.

Colors from left to right:
Lady Like (Essie), Eternal Optimist (Essie), Mucho Dinero (Essie), Tea with the Queen (Butter London), and Delicacy (Essie).

I thank everyone who reads my blog for taking the time out to read and listen to my thoughts and ideas geared towards fashion, beauty, and style. :)

See you guys next time,
