September is almost over however, the fall season has officially begun! I decided to the products I have been using/loving the most this month. I don't have a lot of products to share however, my favorites consist of hair, body, and nail products. Continue reading to find out more!
Hair
This month, I had three hair products I consistently used and fell in love with for my naturally curly hair. I tried two new products from the Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Line, which were the Extra-Moisture Detangler (fourth item on the right) and the Extra-Moisture Transitioning Milk (second item on the left). The third product I purchased this month for my hair, was the Karen's Body Beautiful Hair Blossom Moisture Mist (first item on the left). All three products have left my hair silky smooth and have given me moisturized hair, that lasts me throughout the week. The Shea Moisture Extra-Moisturize Transitioning Milk is AMAZING. This is the first time I found a product that literally melts into my curls and makes them pop! Full review on all hair products mentioned coming soon!
Body
This month, for my skin I have been loving the Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Shea Butter Lotion Brighting & Toning lotion. This product smells wonderful and keeps my skin moisturized. During the colder months, I typically reach for raw Shea butter or coconut oil to moisturize my skin. This lotion has a thick consistency (not too heavy) and does not leave my skin greasy or oily, which I like. The scent is very fruity and similar to all the Coconut and Hibiscus products. The scent and moisture lasts all day on my skin. I fancy this lotion because it contains all natural ingredients without harsh chemicals.
Nails
This month, I have been loving a couple of nail polishes by Essie (my favorite brand). I have been mostly using the Luxe Effect polishes in Set in Stone and Stroke of Brilliance as a top coat over other nail polish shades. My favorite fall color by Essie is called No more Film, which is a dark blue/violet color. I'm also into nude shades, and my favorites this season are Eternal Optimist and Mademoiselle (not shown).
Magazines/Periodicals
I'm guilty of purchasing a lot of magazines... I heart them! This month, I picked up the September issue of Vogue (I always try to buy it every year), US Weekly collector's edition of Pretty Little Liars, and Self Magazine with Lucy Hale on the cover. It's not secret that I'm obsessed with Pretty Little Liars. It's my favorite television series next to Gossip Girl, The Hills, and Laguna Beach. I found this month's issue of Self Magazine very informative with great health tips, recipes, and workout ideas.
Coffee
My favorite fall drink from Starbucks is a Vanilla Latte hot/iced (I drink this year around) and the Pumpkin Spice Latte (yummy).
That's all for now loves. I hope everyone has enjoyed this September favorite's post.
