♥ February Favorites ♥

Jewelry Stand: Urban Outfitters, $19.00

During the month of February, several 'random' items have captured my heart. I thought I would share what I have been frequently loving this month. Enjoy!

Jewelry Stand: I always had an issue with storing my jewelry, and have spent countless hours untangling necklaces and beaded bracelets. I never really had a great storage system to hold all my costume jewelry. I was glad to find a free-falling jewelry stand, that will ensure less tangling of each piece. This stand is so much better than a jewelry box. I purchased this item from Urban Outfitters HERE.

Geometry Class Necklace: Urban Outfitters, $18.00
Regal Rose

Jewelry & Statement pieces: This month, I have been loving very unique jewelry pieces and accessories. I purchased a very cool necklace from Urban Outfitters (shown above) that can be worn with almost any outfit. I like to pair this necklace with plain shirts.

A jewelry boutique I have discovered recently is called Regal Rose, which is located in the UK. I purchased three more items, since I fell in love with my previous purchase HERE. I love the cool detailing on the necklace and the cosmic and earthy vibe of the bracelets. The order of each item goes as follows:

Necklace: Petra. Mini Aztec Triangle Necklace HERE

Bracelets:

Top right - Star. Bluestone Cross Bracelet HERE.
Bottom right - Dixie. Turquoise Cross Bracelet HERE.
Bottom left - Edah.  Lotus Jade Cross Bracelet HERE.

Another set of bracelets I have been loving this month are from an online jewelry boutique called Shop ALS HERE. I purchased these bracelets over two months ago. I love the decals and design of the beads on each bracelet. I like to layer these bracelets on for a chunky arm-candy look (shown above).

Nail Polish: My favorite top coat of all time is Butter London's Hardwear. It goes on smooth... like butter and it dries quickly. I am able to get 3-4 days out of my nail polish color without it chipping. This top coat also prevents my nail polish color from looking faded or streaked on my nails. I purchased this top coat from Sephora. The price of this nail polish is $19.00 however, it is worth every penny! The bottom will also last you a very long time. I apply a thin coat of this polish every time I paint my nails. You can find this nail polish HERE.

The nail polish color I have been wearing all month long is OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark. This is a popular nail polish color and it is named after none other than hot rock boy band Lincoln Park. This nail polish is hard to find at your local drugstores however, I was able to find it online at Ave You Boutique online HERE. I paid $8.50 for this nail polish lacquer. This color reminds me of MAC's Baby Goth Girl polish from the Hello Kitty Collection. This polish is a deep purple, almost black color. One of my favorite nail polish shades :-)!

February issue of Company Magazine, UK
March issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine
Reading Muse: This month I have been loving the February and March 2013 issues of Company and Cosmopolitan magazine. I love Miley Cyrus on the cover of Cosmo, she looks like a bad chick (in a good way!). The makeover gives her cool and stunning edgy. She has came a long way from a being a Disney princess. Go Miley! Company magazine helps me keep up-to-date with different fashion trends, and gives me a plethora of ideas of how to revamp my current style.

That is it for my February favorites, I hope you lovelies enjoyed my picks for this month. I hope to do another post like this for each month to come.

  1. I too shared the same problem with jewelry storage! I have yet to do much about it. My friend has a pretty sophisticated jewelry chest that looks like it belongs in a palace somewhere. My style is a lil' more on the artsy side. When I find that piece that can pass as a sculpture with the functionality of storage I will shout you out as my muse!
