Current Fave: OPI Bubble Bath

I'm a big fan of OPI nail polishes, specifically the Gel Color formulas. I generally like to wear colors consisting of nudes, creams, and light pinks. I rarely ever go bold in color, unless it's OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark. My usually color I tend to use frequently is OPI's Don't Bossa Nova Me Around, which is one of my go-to shades.

Quick story time, the very first OPI shade I purchase, way back in the day was Bubble Bath. OPI's Bubble Bath was the only polish I wore at one point in time. Bubble Bath can be described as a sweet cotton candy pink or flesh tone pink. Like Don't Bossa Nova Me Around, Bubble Bath looks great on anyone and complements any skin tone.

I use the Pro-Health Gel Color system by OPI and it's fantastic! I opt for gel manicures, because I get maximum wear for 2 weeks or more. Gel manicures for me tend to last longer, when I start off with shorter nails vs. longer (short and rounded is usually how I like mine).  My only issue with Bubble Bath is the light formula, and water can seep under the polish and cause air bubbles. Sometimes lifting can occur with this formula (maybe it's just me). I typically don't wear bubble bath for longer than 10 days, and I don't get the full 14-day wear, as I would with other polishes.

I think Bubble Bath is a professional color to wear for job interviews, social events, work, and just for fun. I've been liking a cleaner palette for my nails since the start of 2020. This polish is like your natural nail color but better. Since I like this polish to be slightly opaque, I use 2-3 coats of color. OPI polishes are sold just about anywhere however, for my gel colors, I purchase them at Universal Nail Supplies (you do not need a nail tech license to purchase). I hope you guys love this color as much as I do, and Bubble Bath really is an awesome shade to wear! Angel nails is how I like to describe OPI's Bubble Bath, it's just that angelic!
